Terms of service

These terms apply to services provided by Tradmin Hub, a trading name of [COMPANY NAME], company number [COMPANY NUMBER], registered office [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Contact: hello@tradminhub.co.uk.
1. Our services
We set up websites, Google Business Profiles, enquiry handling and admin systems for trade businesses, and offer optional monthly support. What's included in your job is set out in your written quote, which forms part of these terms.
2. Quotes and payment
Quotes are valid for 30 days. Setup work is usually paid 50% upfront and 50% on handover, unless your quote says otherwise. Invoices are due within 7 days. Monthly plans are billed monthly in advance.
3. Your responsibilities
You'll give us the information, logins and approvals we need, on time. You're responsible for the accuracy of content you supply (prices, photos, qualifications, insurance details). Nothing is sent to your customers from systems we set up without your approval.
4. Third-party platforms and costs
Websites and tools run on third-party platforms (for example Wix and Google). Platform subscriptions, domains and hosting are paid by you directly and stay in your name, so you always own your site and accounts. We're not responsible for outages or changes made by those platforms.
5. Ownership
Once paid in full, you own the website content and materials we create for you. We may show the finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
6. Monthly plans
Monthly plans run month to month and can be cancelled by either side with 30 days' written notice. No minimum term unless your quote says so.
7. Results
We'll use reasonable skill and care, but we can't guarantee specific search rankings, enquiry numbers or revenue.
8. Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We aren't liable for indirect losses such as lost profit or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't legally be limited.
9. Cancellations
You can cancel a setup project before work starts for a full refund of any deposit. After work starts, we'll charge for work completed.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
